We are seraching for new drug against cancers. Especially we serach for the compouds that is able to associate both cyyclinB1 and the proteins of proteasome. If the drug takes no effective allosteric change on cyclinB1 and can interfer function of proteasome, the more effectively it must be thought to inhibit cancer proliferation the more time cancer cells divide . Because the drug connect to cyclinB1 is transported to proteasome along with cyclinB1 and acumulated at proteasomes.
